Olesya Nazarova

Olesya Nazarova is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. As the Head of Global Marketing & International Expansion at Galderma, Olesya has driven strategic initiatives and innovation for the Alastin brand. Prior roles include serving as Sr. Global Director at Cetaphil, where Olesya successfully launched products that significantly impacted brand growth, and as Regional Team Leader for Neutrogena at Johnson & Johnson, where Olesya developed a comprehensive operating plan for EMEA. Olesya also founded APPAREAL, a sustainable Swiss fashion label, and held various senior positions at Procter & Gamble, where Olesya was pivotal in transforming Olay's brand performance. Olesya holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in General and Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and has completed online programs at Harvard Business School.
