Venkatesh Ponemone

Venkatesh Ponemone, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Science & Technology at Galderma, focusing on the industrialization strategy and process validations for biologics and injectables. Venkatesh also holds adjunct professor positions at the University of Guelph and McMaster University, contributing to teaching and advancing initiatives in biomanufacturing and regenerative medicine. With over 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, Venkatesh has held leadership roles at CCRM, ThermoGenesis Holdings, and other organizations, managing GMP operations and technology transfers for cell and gene therapy products. Venkatesh's educational background includes a PhD in Cancer Biology, an MBA with a specialization in healthcare, and a post-doctoral fellowship in Immunology.
