Kan Kotecha

As Chief Technology Officer, Kan leads Gale’s efforts to create exceptional experiences for the growing number of healthcare providers and nursing professionals who rely on Gale’s industry-leading - “on-demand” - staffing and payments platform. An accomplished technologist and organization-builder with 20 years of experience at Google and Morgan Stanley, he brings expertise in developing products, overseeing digital transformation, scaling organizations, and managing teams globally. His roles have included enterprise support, infrastructure, and product development, and spanned the globe from London, Mumbai, Silicon Valley, and New York. In addition to his work with Gale, Kan serves as Board Vice-Chair for Special Olympics New York and sits on the Board of Directors for BluCora Inc., a financial and tax solutions provider. Kan lives with his wife and three children in New York City.
