Patrick Alexander Dirchsen

Patrick Alexander Dirchsen started their work experience as a Junior Assistant at KPMG Denmark in August 2010 and worked there until September 2011. Patrick then joined Athos Statsautoriseret Revisionsaktieselskab as an Audit Trainee from September 2011 to August 2012, and later worked as an Assistant Auditor at the same company from September 2012 to September 2013.

In October 2013, Dirchsen joined Baker Tilly Denmark as an Assistant Auditor and later became an Auditor, Senior from November 2014 to October 2017. Patrick then worked as an Auditor, Manager from November 2017 to August 2020 at Baker Tilly Denmark. At Baker Tilly Denmark, Dirchsen was involved in representing Baker Tilly International in Denmark and providing exceptional client service.

From May 2015 to July 2018, Dirchsen served as a Board Member and Chairman at the Cooperative Housing Association (A/B Krausesvej/Silkeborggade).

In December 2018, Dirchsen started working as an External Teacher at Københavns Professionshøjskole for the Professional Bachelor Program in Tax, and they ended their tenure in June 2021.

Dirchsen's most recent work experience is at Galecto, Inc. where they started in September 2020 as Group Finance Director and Statsautoriseret revisor. At Galecto, they were responsible for various financial aspects, including financial reporting, analysis, internal controls, cash management, payroll, and taxes. Patrick also supervised the outsourcing of financial services to external partners.

Patrick Alexander Dirchsen completed their education with a focus on business administration and auditing. From 2014 to 2016, they attended the Copenhagen Business School, where they pursued an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in HD (Higher Commercial Examination) from the same institution between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, in 2010, Patrick enrolled in the KPMG Audit Business School (KABS) for a brief period.

In their earlier educational years, Patrick attended Niels Brock, Copenhagen Business College from 2007 to 2010. Patrick pursued a business student degree with a finance profile, which was part of the program offered at Niels Brock Elite College. Before their higher education, Patrick Alexander Dirchsen completed their municipal primary and lower secondary education at Peder Lykke Skolen from 1997 to 2007.

Furthermore, in December 2021, Patrick earned a certification as a "Statsautoriseret revisor" (state-authorized public accountant) from the Danish Business Authority.
