Patrick Martin

Patrick Martin is currently the COO at Galehead Development. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Intelligence at Liberty Mutual Insurance from March 2015 to September 2016. In this role, they managed a team responsible for building BI solutions for Liberty Mutual's Personal Lines Distribution organization. From November 2012 to February 2015, Patrick was the eCommerce Manager at Liberty Mutual, leading a team responsible for internet-originated multi-channel property insurance sales. Patrick was also the product owner for Liberty Mutual's eCommerce storefront, reactive and proactive web chat, and Voice-of-the-Customer Program during this time. From November 2011 to November 2012, Patrick was the Cross Channel Manager at Liberty Mutual, responsible for managing the omnichannel customer experience and sales optimization. Prior to this, they were an eBusiness Consultant at Liberty Mutual from June 2010 to November 2011. Patrick has also served on the board of directors for Insulindependence from June 2009 to October 2011. In addition, they completed an MBA internship in the marketing department at Massachusetts General Hospital from June 2009 to September 2009.

Patrick Martin holds a MBA from Boston College - Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors from University of Vermont in Forest Management. Patrick also has Outdoor Leadership Skills from the National Outdoor Leadership School.

Patrick Martin reports to Matt Marino, CEO. Some individuals on their team include Scott MacGrath - Senior Associate, Operations, Jacob Derewenda - Manager, Commercial Operations, and Allison Lowitz - Marketing Associate, Operations.
