Pavel Fokin

Pavel Fokin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and enterprise solutions, currently serving as Teamleader Software Architecture at Galenica since April 2023. At Galenica, Pavel oversees a growing team of Enterprise and Solution Architects, supporting strategic initiatives across five value streams. Previously, Pavel held senior positions at SBB CFF FFS as a Senior IT Architect, where project leadership included building scalable solutions for public transport, and at EY and KPMG Norway, focusing on technology advisory and enterprise architecture. With a robust background in project management and strategic development, Pavel has consistently driven successful outcomes across various sectors, from healthcare to public services. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
