Guillaume Gellusseau

Guillaume Gellusseau is the current Marketing & Communication Director at Galeries Lafayette Group. Prior to this, they served as the Global VP / General Manager Designer Brands, Serge Lutens & Fragrance Center of Excellence at Shiseido from September 2017 to February 2020. As a member of the Executive Committee, Gellusseau was in charge of the 360° for each brand, including product development, digital & communication, retail, and more. Guillaume was also responsible for managing the Fragrance Center of Excellence, which oversaw innovation, prospective, consumer insights, client surveys, olfactory creation, and development of the fragrance category for the brands part of the Group. Additionally, Gellusseau participated in M&A projects such as sourcing, brand assessment, and business plans.

Guillaume Gellusseau attended Externat des Enfants Nantais for both their Baccalauréat C and Classe Préparatoire HEC. Guillaume then went on to study at HEC Paris, where they earned their Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

They are on a team with Sandra Weber - VP, Strategy & Development, Marianne Romestain - Buying Director, and Florence Leloup - VP, Audit. Their manager is Nicolas Houzé, CEO.
