Pepa Ramos

Pepa Ramos has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Psychologist at Covid. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Technician of Employment and Human Resources at Arca Empleo. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Coordinator of Personnel at the Ayuntamiento de San Juan del Puerto. During the same period, they were also a Human Resources Consultant at Personas&. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Talent Acquisition Technician at Marktel. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultant at CBRE España. Since 2022, they have been the Head of People & Culture and Talent Acquisition Manager-HRBP at GALGUS. In their current role, they are responsible for Talent Acquisition processes, including headhunting, as well as collaborating with job boards, educational centers, and universities to attract talent.

Pepa Ramos obtained their Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad de Granada between 2009 and 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they earned a Máster en Dirección estratégica de RRHH from Universidad Pablo de Olavide, specializing in Dirección de empresas. Pepa also holds an Educacion social degree from Universidad de Huelva, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009.
