Brendan Vaughan

Brendan Vaughan currently serves as Senior Assistant General Counsel for Product, Partnerships, & Program Management at Galileo Financial Technologies, a subsidiary of SoFi Technologies, since October 2024. Previously, Brendan held positions as Assistant General Counsel for Product & Payments at Robinhood and at Strike, where the focus was on leveraging the Bitcoin Lightning Network for transactions. Brendan's career includes experience as Associate General Counsel at Meta, Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Amazon, and attorney roles at Polsinelli and Greenberg Traurig, specializing in real estate and corporate securities. Brendan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
