Maddie Carter

Maddie Carter, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at Galileo Financial Technologies and Co-Director of Member Engagement for Salt Lake SHRM, both positions held since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at WAVE Charging from September 2021 to January 2024, and as Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Onset Financial from March 2018 to September 2021. Additionally, Maddie worked as Human Resources Supervisor at The Home Depot from April 2015 to April 2018. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Utah Valley University, completed in 2016.
