Jackie Tucker has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were an Executive Assistant for Handi-Craft Company. In 2014, they became a Freelance Writer/CEO & Founder for Shoofly Copywriting as well as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Copywriter for Fly Pages Digital and Social Media Marketing. Jackie also became a Contributing Travel Writer for both AAA Magazine and St. Louis Bride Magazine, as well as a Guest Blogger for the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission. In 2017, they became a Student at Bath Spa University and in 2019, they were a Search Engine Optimization Copywriter for Galileo Tech Media | Wise Content | SEO and a Product Description Copywriter for Virgin Experience Gifts. Additionally, they were a Contributing Writer for EQ Magazine.

Jackie Tucker began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended The University of West Alabama, where they earned a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Athletic Training & Sports Medicine. In 2000, they continued their education at Richmont Graduate University, where they earned a Master of Counseling & Psychology with a focus in Child & Adolescent Counseling. Finally, in 2017, Jackie enrolled in Bath Spa University, where they are currently pursuing a Masters in Creative Writing for Young People.
