Surya Yalamanchili

Surya Yalamanchili is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Office of Reid Hoffman since June 2022, Surya primarily focuses on writing about topics related to AI, genetic technology, and humanism. As an Executive and Advisor at Galileo since January 2018, Surya contributed as the founding COO during the startup's inception. Surya also has extensive experience as a Public Markets Investor from 1997 to 2021, a CEO at PublicStuff from 2013 to 2016, and held multiple leadership roles at prominent organizations like LinkedIn, Procter & Gamble, and Groupon. Additionally, Surya was the Democratic nominee for Congress in Ohio's 2nd District in 2010, gaining recognition for refusing special interest money during the campaign. Educationally, Surya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Psychology from Rutgers University.
