Guillaume J. Aimé

Guillaume focuses his practice in the areas of securities and business transactions, including public offerings, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and entity formation.

Since joining Gallagher & Kennedy immediately after law school, he has also earned an exclusive judicial clerkship with the Honorable Steven P. Logan at the U.S. District Court.

During law school at Arizona State University, Guillaume worked as a summer intern at G&K. He was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar, earned a CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Securities Regulation, was the executive articles editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, and graduated in the top tier of his class. Guillaume also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Diane M. Johnsen at the Arizona Court of Appeals and for the Honorable David K. Duncan at the U.S. District Court.

Originally from Paris, France, Guillaume moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue his MBA in Advanced Financial Strategies and M&A from Grand Canyon University.
