Natalie Baird

Natalie Baird has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Natalie started their career as an Associate at Matrix Residential, a Pollack Shores Company, in 2015 and worked there until 2019. During their time at Matrix Residential, Natalie gained experience in various roles. In 2019, they joined Greystar as a Resident Services Coordinator, where they worked until 2020. Natalie then moved on to RangeWater Real Estate, where they worked as a Recruiter from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent at Gallery Residential, starting in 2023.

Natalie Baird completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at Mercer University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina in 2018.
