Daniel Bousquet has over 10 years of experience in the food industry. In 2012, they began working as a Private Chef. In 2015, they took on the role of Chef de Cuisine at Affairs to Remember Caterers, where they were responsible for product execution, food safety, product innovation and staff development. In 2016, they worked as the Sales & Events Director at LIVE! Dining & Entertainment Districts, where they developed partnerships with DMCs, independent planners, convention centers, entertainment, sports, charitable organizations and hotel centers. Daniel also initiated, scheduled, organized, and managed sales goals and teams. In the same year, they were also the Regional Support Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant. In 2017, they were the Regional Director of Operations at Ladurée USA, where they created, implemented and maintained operation and brand standards. In 2018, they were the Regional F&B Business Controls Manager at SSP America, where they led retail, food and beverage service programmatic work streams. In 2019, they were the Managing Consultant at Divya's Kitchen LLC, where they created and launched a CPG retail, food product program and facility. In 2021, they were the Managing Director of U.S. Sales & Operations at Newby Teas, where they were responsible for global distribution. Currently, they are the Customer Success Manager at Galley, a foodtech company transforming the food industry.

Daniel Bousquet has an education history that includes a High School Diploma from North Forsyth High School in 2006, and Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from Gwinnett Technical College between 2006 and 2008. Daniel also has several certifications, including Clarity, Contribution, Community from Unity Lab obtained in December 2022, Food Handler Certificate from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, NYC Certified Fire Guard from the New York City Fire Department, and ServSafe Certified from ServSafe.
