Matheus Neves has extensive work experience in product management and engineering. Matheus started their career in 2013 as a Civil Engineering Intern at Projetec - Projetos Técnicos Ltda. In 2014, they received a Research & Studies Scholarship from CNPq. In 2017, they began working as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Customer Success Analyst, and Performance Analyst at In Loco. Matheus also worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager as a freelancer in 2017. In 2019, they were Employee #1 & Operations Analyst at Linkana. In 2020, they founded Propi, a SaaS to simplify real estate bureaucracy. In 2021, they became a Product Manager - Fraud & Analytics at AllowMe, where they managed two products and was responsible for performing user research, interviews, usability tests, and developing prototypes. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Product Manager at Galley.

Matheus Neves is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at FIAP, which they began in 2019. In 2013, they began a Bacharelado em Engenharia at the Universidade de Pernambuco, which they completed in 2020.
