Delvis Noble serves as the Insurance and Benefits Manager at Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. since February 2023. Previously, Delvis held the position of Human Resources Manager at Competitive Computing/Xerox Corp. from April 2004 to October 2022, where Delvis transformed a payroll and benefits department into a comprehensive HR function that aligned with strategic business goals and enhanced workforce management. Earlier experience includes working as an HR/Benefits Administrator at Employee Benefits Administrative Services from February 2002 to April 2004, where Delvis improved customer satisfaction through the optimization of the Section 125 cafeteria plan payment process.
