Kathy Gillis

Kathy Gillis is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Galls, LLC since October 2022, Kathy previously worked as an Independent Consultant and held senior positions such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at United Site Services, Vice President of Human Resources at Advance Auto Parts and Clean Harbors, and VP of Human Resources at Cox Communications. Kathy’s career spans over three decades, beginning in staffing and recruitment at Stop & Shop. Kathy holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Westfield State University and studied Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
