Susan Combs

Susan Combs has extensive experience in workforce planning and operations management, currently serving as a Workforce Planner at Galls, LLC since March 2017. In this role, Susan has developed and managed KPI reporting for individuals, teams, and departments, providing critical insights to the C-Suite. Previously, as a Merchandising Operations Project Manager, Susan organized the annual Trade show and Sales Training event, led various inter-company projects, and implemented new software and training initiatives. As an Integration Specialist, Susan facilitated the integration of retail and operational processes across multiple locations and trained management and staff. Earlier roles included Managed Account Representative for the northern Midwest region, Contract Administrator/Hauling Coordinator, and Contract Auditor. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science from Bluegrass Community and Technical College and coursework in English at Northern Kentucky University.
