Aliza Litke

Aliza Litke, PHR, is the President and Owner of 3E Compass Solutions, LLC, and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since September 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Aliza served as HR Consulting Manager at Cura HR from September 2021 to July 2023 and held various leadership positions at White Lodging Services, including Director of Talent & Culture and Director of Engagement. Prior roles include Lead Human Resources Director at Marriott Hotels and Executive Team Leader - Human Resources/Assets Protection at Target. Aliza also has coaching experience, having worked with high school soccer teams, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University.
