Carol Chen Jinci

Carol Chen Jinci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, marketing, and coaching. Since July 2017, Carol has been self-employed as a piano teacher while concurrently serving as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since July 2016. Previously, Carol held various managerial roles at Singtel from July 2013 to August 2017, focusing on talent management and marketing initiatives, and worked at Optus as an International Rotation Graduate in 2015. Early career experiences include internships at Unilever, Toshiba Singapore, and FACT Software Group. Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First-Class Honours) in Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
