Curtis Isozaki

Curtis Isozaki, M.A., CF-LSP, serves as the Director of Enrollment & Alumni Services at Baylor University's Diana R. Garland School of Social Work since May 2024. With a rich background in executive coaching and talent development as the owner of Isozaki Coaching, Curtis has effectively enhanced organizational engagement and performance through tailored workshops and coaching experiences. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Curtis has facilitated over 750 CliftonStrengths® assessments, contributing to leadership development initiatives. As an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University, Curtis has redesigned and launched a comprehensive curriculum for Leadership programs. The career history includes key roles at Azusa Pacific University, where strategic enrollment management and marketing initiatives were implemented for student engagement. Curtis has also held various positions in education and coaching, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing leadership skills in diverse settings. Currently pursuing a PhD in Global Leadership and Change at Pepperdine University, Curtis continues to build a foundation for impactful service in leadership development.
