Rebecca Woskoff

Rebecca Woskoff, M.Ed., ACC, serves as a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Facilitator at Gallup, where expertise in empowering individuals and teams spans nearly a decade, having coached over 1,000 individuals and facilitated more than 50 strengths-based workshops. As a Senior Global Talent Development Consultant at RTI International, Woskoff managed development programs for a global workforce of over 5,000, fostering continuous learning and leadership capabilities. Experience at North Carolina State University includes roles such as Assistant Director and Coordinator within TRIO Student Support Services-STEM, focusing on the success of first-generation and underrepresented students through leadership development and mentoring initiatives. Previous positions at USF St. Petersburg, Kent State University, and other educational institutions involved coaching, advising, and designing programs to enhance student engagement and retention, underlining a commitment to supporting diverse learning communities. Woskoff holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a Secondary Education Certification.
