Hugo Ledesma

Hugo Ledesma is the Regional Head for Latin America at Gallup, overseeing operations and organic growth in the region since May 2013. Previously, Hugo served as a Client Services Senior Consultant, focusing on project management related to change management and improving engagement among employees and clients. With experience at the Secretariat of Economy as Subdirector and Department Head, Hugo contributed to the development of non-banking financing channels and supervised access programs for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Hugo's early career included a role as Project Manager at IFMR LEAD, where project coordination in microfinancing was key. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
