Kait Tysver

Kait Tysver, M.S., is the Founder and CEO of Kait Tysver Consulting, LLC, established in November 2021, focusing on empowering leaders and teams through CliftonStrengths-based coaching and employee engagement strategies. Concurrently, Kait serves as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since December 2018, offering similar coaching and leadership development services. Previous experience includes the role of Student Engagement Coordinator at the University of Dubuque from August 2018 to October 2021, where Kait facilitated workshops, managed communications, and served as a Clifton StrengthsFinder coach. Earlier positions at Northeast Iowa Community College and Murray State University included roles as Enrollment Advisor and Scholarship Counselor, during which Kait supported student success, managed scholarship processes, and developed marketing materials. Kait Tysver holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication, both from Murray State University.
