Mandela Lofton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategic partnerships, and editorial direction. Currently serving as the Editor in Chief of the GCBV Newsletter at Gallup since March 2019, Mandela oversees content curation and team collaboration to amplify Black voices. Previous roles at Gallup include Consultant & Account Lead for Workplace Advisory, Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships, and various positions focused on employee experience and relationship management, earning multiple awards for exceptional service. As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Universal Student Fund, Mandela led efforts in educational management for international students. Additional roles include business development consulting and research assistance in organizations such as NewPoint and the National Defense University. Mandela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.
