Susan Roberton

Susan Roberton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and retail management. Currently serving as a Gallup Certified Strengths Development Coach at Gallup since October 2019, Susan specializes in maximizing individual and organizational performance through talent identification using the Clifton Strengths Assessment tool. Previous roles at Humber College included Associate Dean of Continuous and Professional Learning, Director of Professional & Continuing Education, and Program Coordinator for postgraduate programs in Fashion Management and Event Management. Susan's early career included significant positions as a Merchandise Manager and Buyer for Marks and Spencer, along with roles in sales and merchandising at Sew-Biz Fashions Inc. and Thrifty's. Educationally, Susan holds a Master of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University and multiple degrees in Arts from institutions including King's University College and the University of Alberta.
