Emmanuel Otialuk

Emmanuel Otialuk has a background in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering and has held various roles in the field of operations, technical support, and project management. Emmanuel currently serves as the VP Operations for Galooli in the ECSA region and Uganda, overseeing resource planning, project execution, and customer relations. With experience in companies like SPOVO Uganda Limited and Huawei, Emmanuel also has a strong education background from institutions like Kyambogo University and Uganda Institute Of ICT.
