Stephanie Lorenzo

Stephanie Lorenzo, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Galpin Motors since November 2020, overseeing HR operations for a large automotive retailer with 1,000 employees. In this role, responsibilities include managing the HR team, benefits administration, worker's compensation, labor law compliance, employee relations, policy development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Human Resources Director for the West Coast at REEF, where leadership extended over a team managing HR functions for 3,000 employees across ten states. Stephanie's career also includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Shield HealthCare and various positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, encompassing HR generalist duties, training and staff development, and program management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
