Christopher Lai

Christopher Lai is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical affairs. Currently serving as Senior Director and US Clinical Study Lead at Galvani Bioelectronics since November 2016, Christopher has held various leadership roles within the company, including Medical Director of Clinical Affairs and Director of Business Development. Simultaneously, Christopher practices as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Long Beach VA Medical Center and Foothills Regional Medical Center. Prior to these roles, Christopher was an Emergency Physician for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and GSK, where responsibilities included business development and project management in bioelectronics. Christopher's educational background includes an MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University and an MD from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, complemented by a BS in Biology and Economics from Duke University.
