Dean Rynhoud

Dean Rynhoud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Director, Digital & Technology at GSK, Dean leads the development of a multi-agent Generative AI regulatory submission platform that significantly enhances efficiency. At Galvani Bioelectronics, Dean has been instrumental in executing a "Cloud First" technology strategy and overseeing software and firmware projects. Prior roles include Product Director at Concept X Ltd, where a construction marketplace was delivered, and SAP Production Execution Functional Lead at GSK, focusing on scalable manufacturing solutions. Dean's career began as a Junior Engineer at MLT Drives, with contributions in solar-powered device research. Dean holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
