Steve Scarpati, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steve is currently working as a Strategic Account Manager at Galvanize Therapeutics, Inc. Since joining Zimmer Biomet in 2020, Steve has held multiple roles, including ROSA Robotics Program Development Manager-EAST and Regional Sales Director, where they led a team of 7 sales reps and managed a $20 million territory. Prior to that, they worked at Intellijoint Surgical Inc. as a Regional Manager-Northeast, where they successfully launched a navigation system and drove business expansion. Steve also has experience as a Robotic Surgery Clinical Trainer at Think Surgical and as a Surgical Sales Representative at DePuy Synthes Companies. Before transitioning to the medical field, they worked as a Sales Representative at 3M, specializing in industrial tapes and adhesives. Steve began their career at Verizon as a Sales Representative and at Major League Baseball as a Game Development Assistant, where they ran baseball camps and clinics and managed field construction.
