James Searle

James Searle, CEP, is a seasoned product engineer currently serving as Product Engineer III at Galvion since February 2021, where responsibilities include conducting applied research and enhancing protective technologies. Previous experience at Warrior Sports from March 2013 to February 2021 focused on developing innovative tools and procedures for product compliance and performance. Earlier internships at Bombardier Aerospace involved supporting major airframe design projects and refining technical requirements, alongside hands-on mechanical engineering work at PyroGenesis Canada. James Searle holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University and a DEC in Applied Science from John Abbott College.
