Rich Baltimore

Rich Baltimore has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rich is currently the Director of Investments at Galway Sustainable Capital, Inc. Rich joined this company in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Project Finance at Ductor Corp. from August 2019 to July 2021. From April 2017 to July 2019, they served as a Project Development Manager at Sol Systems. Before that, they founded and led NewAg Development, LLC as the CEO and Founder from February 2012 to March 2017, where they focused on renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable agriculture projects. Rich also worked at Deloitte as a Manager from December 2010 to February 2012, where they led teams in developing carbon, energy, and sustainability management strategies for clients. Prior to that, they worked at ClearCarbon as a Senior GHG Analyst from May 2007 to November 2010, leading teams and contributing to the strategic positioning of the company. Rich started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Barton Malow from October 2004 to July 2006 and at Skanska USA Building Inc. from July 2000 to October 2004.

Rich Baltimore attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they pursued an MBA degree in the field of Business. Prior to that, they studied at Virginia Military Institute, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
