Phanu Saosomphob has extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer at GAM Investments since December 2016, where key responsibilities include implementing change requests, managing servers and data backups, and supporting various IT teams. Previously, as an IT Support Analyst, Phanu provided technical support to high-profile executives, handled desktop support, and managed Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
