Claire Denning FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Employee Experience Manager at Gama Aviation since May 2021, Claire has also undertaken various significant HR project management roles for prominent organizations including Patriot Aerospace Ltd, Flybe, and Wessex Water. Prior to this, Claire held the position of HR Business Partner at Airbus, where strategic HR initiatives were aligned with business goals across a diverse international workforce. Claire's foundational experience as HR Manager at The Electoral Commission contributed to a strong operational HR background.
