Giovana Arruda is the Marketing & Communication Coordinator at Gamaya. Giovana has over 8 years of experience in marketing, including working as a proprietor and manager at EXOmkt - Marketing Terceirizado for six years. During their time at EXOmkt, they worked with a variety of clients in different industries, including agro, química, TI, alimentício, startups, and pet. Giovana has experience in managing budgets, communication with headquarters, and sales support. In 2018, they worked on the annual marketing and communication plan for Almaco Brasil, as well as conducting market research and executing offline and online actions, including content marketing. From June to December 2019, they managed communication for Contech Brasil, including developing a new website concept and repositioning the company on the platform. Giovana also oversaw all actions related to content marketing.

Giovana Arruda has a background in marketing and advertising, having studied at ESAMC and earning a bachelor's degree in the field. Giovana also has a certification from Agência Kryptonita in Marketing Digital e Funil de Vendas. Giovana later pursued a Master's in Business Administration from Miskolci Egyetem.
