Phillip Blair

Phillip Blair, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting in 2012 as a Community Advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Phillip then moved on to roles such as HR Generalist at Mills Fleet Farm, HR Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, and various HR roles at Silver Star Brands. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Gamber-Johnson LLC since September 2020.

Phillip Blair, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Phillip then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2025. Additionally, they completed two Graduate Certificates, one in Human Resources Management and the other in Business, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2021 and 2022, Phillip also pursued Organizational Leadership studies at Leadership Portage County. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in October 2017 and a SHRM Foundation's Veterans at Work Certificate.
