Scu Moncur

Scu Moncur is an experienced community chorus company manager at Scottish Opera since April 2024 and currently serves as the education and training manager at GambleAware. Previously, Scu held the position of head of experiential events at EVERFI UK from January 2016 to May 2024, overseeing a variety of educational programs for notable clients. Scu also authored education resources for Scottish Opera and worked as head of experiential learning and experiential manager at EdComs from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, stage management and production experience spans from 2000 to 2008, while a position as a drama teacher at Inverkeithing High School was held from 2006 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in secondary teaching (drama) from the University of Aberdeen and a BA in stage management studies from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
