Helen Gibson

Helen Gibson has a strong background in finance and management. Helen currently holds the position of Director of Finance at the Gambling Commission since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Cabinet Office as Deputy Director, Finance and People for the G7 Presidency from May 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they served as Deputy Director Finance, Data and Commercial at the Department for Exiting the European Union from July 2018 to May 2020. Helen also held various positions at the Cabinet Office, including Deputy Director Finance from August 2015 to July 2018 and Head of Business Management Team from October 2009 to August 2015.

Helen Gibson attended Marist Convent Senior School from 1984 to 1997, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their time at Marist Convent Senior School, they enrolled at Southampton Solent University from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Criminology.
