Clint Hocking

Clint Hocking is a video game designer and creative director, who has worked on some of the most popular games of the past two decades. Hocking began their career in 2001 as a creative director at Ubisoft in Montreal, where they worked on such classics as Splinter Cell and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Clint left Ubisoft in 2010 to join LucasArts as creative director, but returned to Ubisoft just a year later. Hocking spent the next four years working on unannounced projects at Ubisoft Toronto before leaving the company in 2015. Clint then joined Amazon Game Studios as a designer, working on Amazon's first original game, New World. Hocking left Amazon in 2017 to become an advisor at the Game Developers Conference.

Clint Hocking received their MFA in Creative Writing from The University of British Columbia, and their BFA in Creative Writing from The University of British Columbia. Clint also has a Diploma in Fine Arts from Langara College.
