Robin Singer-Starbuck

Robin Singer-Starbuck has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robin started their professional career in 1984 at Maxtor Corporation, where they played a key role in launching the Technical Publications Department. During their time there, they focused on improving communication and coordination between engineering, marketing, and technical support teams. Following their tenure at Maxtor, they joined the StorageTek family of companies, working in marketing and field sales roles.

In 2000, Robin transitioned into a marketing and sales consulting role, specializing in the Home Improvement/Construction industry. Robin assisted in launching and rebranding multiple businesses, including Kitchens by Wedgewood, Home and Hearth Outfitters, and Viking Range Corporation.

In 2013, Robin found Bridge to Energy, Inc., a recruitment agency focusing on the A/E/C space, with a particular emphasis on civil engineering, land development, and energy. As the founder and CEO, they were responsible for client development, recruitment, operations, and vendor relationships. Robin played a significant role in generating 65% of the company's revenue over a three-year period.

Robin continued their career trajectory by becoming the President of Bridge, LLC in 2016. In this role, they continued their marketing, communications, and business development work, embedding herself within organizations to ensure effectiveness.
