Marcia Parent

Marcia Parent has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Marcia is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Game Taco since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Stockman Kast Ryan + CO from 2017 to 2021 as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they supported various aspects of employee life cycle, implemented a feedback and coaching program, and fostered a positive work environment. From 2015 to 2017, Marcia worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at NCTI, Inc., where they provided people operations support and managed benefit plans. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Jones International University from 2005 to 2015, where they provided leadership, coaching, and training for a team of HR professionals. Additionally, Marcia was a Human Resources Business Partner at Jones International University from 1999 to 2005, where they managed benefit plans, sourced and recruited talent, and provided HR support. Marcia started their career at Entegris in 1996 as a Human Resources Site Support, where they supported all aspects of HR and played a key role in updating safety programs.

Marcia Parent has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Colorado College. Marcia also holds a Master's degree in Human Services, General from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Additionally, Marcia has obtained certifications in Organizational Development from Mountain States Employers Cncl in 2010, MBTI Step I and Step II Certified from CPP, Inc., and SPHR from the Society for Human Resources.
