Cherri Lorenz

Cherri Lorenz has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Their most recent position was as an Operations Manager at GameTime, where they were responsible for managing the game floor, kitchen, and restaurant venues. Prior to that, they worked as a Supervisor at Chuy's Restaurants, where they oversaw restaurant operations and trained front-of-house staff. Cherri also served as a Lead Bartender and Trainer at Cinépolis Cinemas USA and Santa Fe Cattle Company, where they provided training and guidance to new staff members and maintained high customer satisfaction standards. Other roles include Assistant Kitchen Manager at JT's Family Restaurant & Bar, Supervisor at Chevys Fresh Mex SOL LLC, and GT/Supervisor at Walt Disney World. Cherri began their career as a Front Desk MOD at Holiday Inn Express. Overall, Cherri has demonstrated their ability to manage operations, train staff, and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout their career.

Cherri Lorenz completed their Associate of Arts degree in Psychology at Valencia College in 2013. Cherri later pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida, where they graduated in 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Cherri obtained certification as a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) from ServSafe Certified in May 2020.
