Jay Vaishnav

Jay Vaishnav has over 30 years of professional experience in the tech industry. Their career began in 1986 as a Software Engineer at Cullinet Software, Inc., where they worked until 1987. Jay then moved to Tandem Computers, where they worked as a Software Engineer until 1997. In 1997, they joined Junglee, Inc. as a Director of Engineering, which was later acquired by Amazon in 1998. Jay then served as an Engineering Manager at Amazon until 2000. After that, they became self-employed, exploring startup ventures and consulting until 2003. In 2003, they co-founded Solidcore Systems, Inc. and served as Executive VP until 2009. In 2009, Solidcore Systems, Inc. was acquired by McAfee, where Jay served as VP of Engineering, Solidcore & Office of the CTO until 2011. Jay then co-founded BlueStacks in 2011, where they served as Co-Founder & SVP Products until 2019. In 2019, Jay co-founded game.tv and currently serves as Co-Founder & SVP Products.

Jay Vaishnav received a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 1980. Jay then went on to obtain an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1982. Lastly, they completed an MS in Computer Science from Texas Tech University in 1984.
