Brett M. Docherty

Brett M. Docherty is a Creative Director and Designer at Defiant Creative since July 2021, where collaboration with illustrators and designers is emphasized. Additionally, Brett serves as a Game Design Instructor at Game-U, beginning in September 2022, teaching students of all ages. Brett founded ItemCloud Organization in January 2019, developing a PHP web application for designers and students. Previously, from September 2012 to July 2021, Brett instructed Digital Art, Animation, and Game Design at Alder Grove Charter School, also fulfilling the role of Technology Coordinator. Early experience includes positions as UI Designer and Full-stack Developer for various organizations, such as BigUps.TV and GMN. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Graphic Design, along with Computer Science from Cal Poly Humboldt and Humboldt State University.
