Arar Campbell

Arar Campbell is an experienced professional in field operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations and previously as the Field Operations Project Manager at GameChange Solar since September 2020. Prior experience includes two years as Superintendent at Ellisdale Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-family home construction for the Veterans Walter Reed Campus. Arar's earlier roles at GameChange Solar involved serving as a Field Project Manager, recognized for building strong client relationships and training in installation methods. Prior to this, Arar managed projects as Superintendent at EVERGREEN SOLAR SERVICES LLC, demonstrating skills in project execution and budget management. Arar began the career as Field Operations Supervisor at Evergreen Construction, quickly advancing to Superintendent and overseeing the first complete home project from its inception.
