David Peck began their work experience as a Designer at The Milford Group, Inc in July 1992, where they were responsible for project leadership in designing new riveting machines and managing project schedules and budgets. David then worked as a Design Engineer at Casco Products Corporation from April 1997 to January 2003, collaborating with automotive supplier companies worldwide and ensuring product manufacturability and quality.

David's longest tenure was at Hubbell Incorporated, where they worked as a Design Engineer from February 2005 to November 2019. In this role, they led the end-to-end process in creating and delivering over 20 innovative electrical products, identified competitive gaps, and enabled market growth and entry into new markets. David collaborated with various departments and directly with customers.
In March 2020, David joined WANHO MFG LLC as the Global Engineering & Product Development Manager, where they managed engineering and product development on a global scale until December 2020. Finally, in December 2020, they joined GameChange Solar as a BOS Engineer, a role they currently hold.
David Peck attended Foran High School from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a degree in Industrial Technology at Central Connecticut State University from 1984 to 1988. Later, they attended Albertus Magnus College from 2004 to 2007 to study Management Information Systems (MIS). No degrees were specified for any of these periods.
