Kushagr Gupta

Kushagr Gupta has a diverse work history, starting with an internship at KUKA Systems India Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. Kushagr then moved on to Tata Power Solar Systems Limited, where they held various roles beginning in 2014. At Tata Power, they served as the Group Head - Large Projects Engineering (Mech) and later as the Lead Design - Project Engineering. In these positions, Kushagr was responsible for engineering management, design, and coordination for large projects in the utility-scale of above 1 MW size. Kushagr worked on multiple projects, including Softbank 200MWp AC Pavagada, NTPC 65 MW AC Badhla Solar Project (Rajasthan), and NTPC 50 MW Mandsaur (Madhya Pradesh). Kushagr's expertise spanned various aspects of project execution, including working with project teams, vendors/suppliers, quality teams, sales, expeditions, and customer's engineering departments. Kushagr also had a role in design engineering, focusing on structure design, cost optimization, and competitive pre-bidding using innovative solutions and material combinations.

Currently, Kushagr Gupta is the Director of Engineering at GameChange Solar, a position they assumed in April 2023. Kushagr previously served as the DGM of Engineering at the same company from September 2022 to April 2023.

Kushagr Gupta has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Amity University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Kushagr is currently pursuing a degree in Business/Managerial Economics at XLRI Jamshedpur, with an expected completion date in 2022. Before attending university, Kushagr Gupta completed their secondary education at Ryan International School in Noida.

In addition to their formal education, Kushagr Gupta has obtained certifications in Solar Energy from Technische Universiteit Delft in September 2020. Kushagr has also received training in Business Etiquettes and Interpersonal Skills from the London Institute of Business and Management, as well as training in Design thinking and Innovation by Mr. Pattrick Collins from Goldman Communications Pvt.
