Xuesen(Jason） Wang

Jason Wang began their work experience in 2014 as an Operation Engineer Intern at Caterpillar Inc., where they attended training sessions for Six-Sigma and Waste Management. Xuesen(Jason） also assisted in translating financial and administrative requirements and participated in decision-making for the factory floor plan and equipment requirements. In 2015, they interned as a Six Sigma Project-Track Link Defective Intern at Liaoan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., where they defined the problem with track link products and assisted in inspecting and calibrating the forging press. In 2016, they worked as a Lean Project Intern at Airbus Group, implementing lean project execution and conducting data analysis for consumable distribution. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Production Engineer at ExxonMobil, and since 2019, they have worked as a Project Manager at GameChange Solar.

Jason Wang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 2013 to 2016. Xuesen(Jason） also obtained a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in September 2016.
